In a way, I actually really relate to boz + his personality and getting that hard / not-nice-to-hear feedback + criticism can be liberating.
Notes
Meta is so big on feedback, so it's no surprise that boz would write about it in his personal blog.
I also think this pairs well with his essay about Think of Pavlov which discusses being aware that every time you interact with someone affects the way they come into the next conversation. Personally, I think it's important to know but not necessarily something to constantly think about because at the end of the day, you can't control every interaction and how you are perceived.
Feedback is better late than never but every second of delay denies the subject an opportunity to get better.
